Rocburn were consulted to specify and supply a bespoke AOV solution for a pitched mansard roof to satisfy both planning requirements & Approved Document B
Somer Court, London – AOV System RenewalSomer Court was a housing scheme originally completed in 1981 to provide retirement housing for the Hammersmith & Fulham area of London. This building has one main communal stairwell with 6 adjacent communal corridors over 3 floors with a total of 25 flats.
Crown Reach, Pimlico, London – AOV System UpgradesCrown Reach is a large multi-storey apartment building on the banks of the River Thames, in South London (SW1). Following the fire at Grenfell Tower in 2017, Rocburn were consulted to specify and supply upgrades to the existing AOV system.
