Somer Court, London – AOV System RenewalSomer Court was a housing scheme originally completed in 1981 to provide retirement housing for the Hammersmith & Fulham area of London. This building has one main communal stairwell with 6 adjacent communal corridors over 3 floors with a total of 25 flats.
Crown Reach, Pimlico, London – AOV System UpgradesCrown Reach is a large multi-storey apartment building on the banks of the River Thames, in South London (SW1). Following the fire at Grenfell Tower in 2017, Rocburn were consulted to specify and supply upgrades to the existing AOV system.
Bringing the building into alignment with EN 12101-2 and Approved Document B.
Multi Zone Smoke & Comfort Ventilation, Cedar Hall, LondonUnder the challenging economic climate of 2021 & 2022 Rocburn were tasked with specifying & supplying the smoke & comfort ventilation system for an extension project providing new student accommodation in Tooting (South London).

Single Zone Smoke Ventilation System – AldershotThis is a small single zone smoke vent system installed in the stairwell of some apartments in Aldershot. The windows were not wide enough to use the standard fitting style of the chain actuators, so we worked with the installer to offer a Jamb mounted solution to suit.
