The AIRWIN A65 is a compact yet powerful electric chain actuator designed for the automation of top-hung windows, rooflights, and dome applications. Available in both 24V DC and 230V AC versions, it delivers a robust 650N push and pull force, making it suitable for a wide range of natural ventilation and building automation projects. With stroke options ranging from 180mm to 1000mm, the AIRWIN A65 can be matched to various window sizes and opening requirements while maintaining smooth, controlled operation.
Engineered for reliability and ease of installation, the AIRWIN A65 incorporates soft start and soft stop functionality, obstacle detection, encoder-controlled opening limits, and current-sensing closing protection to ensure accurate and dependable performance over time. The actuator can also be integrated with Comunello’s W-Net technology, allowing up to four actuators to operate in synchronisation on a single window, providing increased opening force and more uniform movement for larger or heavier vents. For enhanced sealing performance, optional AIRWIN A-MECH racks can be added to create two or three-point locking systems that distribute closing force evenly across the entire window frame.
