Rocburn were asked to repair, replace & upgrade existing manual window opener sets for bottom hung, open in hopper style windows in several areas of the building.
We specified a bespoke dummy sash AOV and automatic opening door system for the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Fitzrovia, balancing modern fire safety requirements with its historic appearance.
