Project Overview
Savannah Heights, a new development situated in the heart of Benfleet, Essex, comprises 30 luxury flats with 1 and 2-bedroom layouts.
In collaboration with the project’s electrical contractor, we supplied a comprehensive building-wide smoke vent system that covers both the main stairwells through the roof and the adjacent lobby areas through an internal smoke shaft all being triggered by the buildings fire alarm system.
We diligently ensured that all specified components aligned with the building’s fire strategy and met the free vent area requirements outlined in Approved Document B.
